Booking Policy
- While making a booking, the
total price displayed on your website is inclusive of all taxes and
convenience fees applicable by the government.
- While issuing flight tickets, if
Air fares increase because of airlines, any server error, or because of
payment gateway then flynio has the right to cancel your tickets and the
cancellation charges will be applicable. You can contact flynio to avoid
any discomfort regarding the fare difference charges which need to be paid
to flynio planners.
- Prior to the confirmation of
your entire booking services, you need to complete your payment status
before we issue the ticket.
- If you want flynio to issue
tickets for infants, their age must be less than two years. Make sure that
while checking in, you have valid documents representing your age and not
to forget there must be an adult accompanied with an infant who should be
at least 18 years old. You cannot issue tickets for more than one infant
per adult. To avail infant benefits, the age of infant must be under 24
months. If the age of the infant is 24 months or more than that, then you
have to separately book the ticket for your child.
- Your child must be 2 to 12 years
old to get issued their tickets by flynio. You must carry valid age proof
documents while checking in. Don’t forget, your child must be accompanied
by an adult who should be at least 18 years old.
- Any tickets or bookings issued
to customers or travellers shall fall under the governance of
airlines/suppliers terms and conditions.
- If flights get delayed or
cancelled by airlines itself then Flynio will not be responsible for the
same.
- If your tickets get cancelled by
the airline's website, office or call centre, then customers have to
inform flynio to get their refund initiated. Understand, flynio does not
receive any alerts from airlines if your tickets have been cancelled or
been delayed.

Cancellation policy
Any
booking made on flynio, falls under the category of cancellation policy where
charges are applicable by the airlines depending on the flight and booking
class, which may vary.
As
it’s cancellation service charges, Flynio charges a minor amount of ₹300 Per
person on its domestic air tickets and for international air tickets
cancellation fees depends on the ticket amount and route.
Any
insurance made along with flight bookings are non-refundable.
Convenience
fees added to the booking are non-refundable.
Depending
on the specific airline's policies, mostly tickets booked are non-refundable.
Pre-purchased
tickets and advance tickets are also non-refundable.
You
can initiate the cancellation process by either sending us an email mentioning
your PNR and other booking details or by visiting My booking section online.
It
is suggested to contact airlines directly instead of contacting flynio if you
want to cancel your tickets 24 hours prior to your journey. You can later send
the cancellation request to us by writing us an email or by requesting us on
our website for your refund.
If
your tickets get cancelled directly by airlines then your refund will be
processed after the post-deductions of airline charges for cancellations which
includes service charges as well. Once we receive a request at flynio subject
to the cancellation of your flight tickets, we will initiate your refund ASAP.
Note:-
convenience fees are non-refundable even at the time of refund policy.

Refund Policy
Once
flynio receives the request for cancellation of the ticket via email or on my
bookings section, whether it is done by a customer, a travel agent or a
corporate company, we will process the refund.
Any
refund will only be initiated to the customer's mode of payment after receiving
the amount from airlines.
Following
the guidelines of banking procedures, refunding the amount made by credit card
will be initiated within 72 hours while it may take the time of 7 days to
initiate the refund for net banking transactions.
Once
the amount is left in the wallet after booking tickets, the remaining amount
cannot be transferred to your bank account but can be used for future flynio
bookings.
In
case where the airlines or hotel pauses its
operations or declare themselves bankrupt, in such cases flynio shall
not be liable to pay any refunds.
Flynio
will not be responsible for the refund of the customers or any clients as
promised at the time of bookings if in case the airlines or the hotels
collapsed.
