time of booking, added facilities of SMS alert will be activated by Flynio
after seeking approval from the customers and in case of non- receipt of
the said message will not hold the company responsible as the company is
not legally bound to provide the details on SMS.
- Flynio is
not responsible for any changes in the status of flight, change in time of
arrival or departure, cancellation of flights from the end of airlines or
hotels etc.

If any damage, loss or injury happens
during the visit on holiday packages provided by Flynio, we will not be liable
for the same. The safety measures are accountable by the clients itself.
By clients and our staff if any human error
went unnoticed, we will not be accountable for the same.
14.
Credit Policy For Travel Agents
Flynio will take legal action against any
travel agent who fails to clear the credit of availed services from the company
by using the credit. In such a scenario, some interest rate will be charged by
the company. If any travel agent found doing any cheating, lawful initiative
will be taken against the guilty.
15.
Unaccompanied Child
Any child below the age of 12 must be
accompanied by an adult at least 18 years of age otherwise the children will
not be accepted by the airlines. Please note, child/children must be seated
next to accompanied adults where they will be held solely responsible for the
well-being of the child. This includes the assurance that the child/children
seats have been booked with the accompanying adult to ensure they are seated
together.

Airline Pregnancy Rules
At any point of travel during the pregnancy
period, airlines recommend ladies to consult their respective doctors. It is
recommended to go through the rules and regulations of respective airlines for
all the pregnant ladies to avoid any inconvenience during their trip. There are
several key measures need to be taken care of before flying which are as
